Small dish turned from Idigbo. This is a West African wood which is used in the construction and furniture making industry. A pale wood with a light grain with many characteristics similar to oak. Measures 175mm x 45mm.

This piece has been treated with up to 5 coates of premier Danish Oil. Further applications are not usually necessary but will do no harm. Make sure the piece is dust free and apply the oil liberally with kitchen paper towel. Leave for five minutes and remove any excess with some dry paper towel. Allow to dry overnight. Repeat if necessary.
