This beautiful River Red Gum Burr comes from Australia and is harvested through a managed farming process or taken when the tree has fallen naturally. Part of the Eucalyptus species this burr shows a stunning richness of colour and is full of individual character. Measures 300mm x 55mm.

This piece has been treated with up to 5 coates of premier Danish Oil. Further applications are not usually necessary but will do no harm. Make sure the piece is dust free and apply the oil liberally with kitchen paper towel. Leave for five minutes and remove any excess with some dry paper towel. Allow to dry overnight. Repeat if necessary.
