A large Ash platter from an Isle of Wight tree which fell in the 1987 hurricane. Measures 355mm x 30mm.

This piece has been treated with up to 5 coates of premier Danish Oil. Further applications are not usually necessary but will do no harm. Make sure the piece is dust free and apply the oil liberally with kitchen paper towel. Leave for five minutes and remove any excess with some dry paper towel. Allow to dry overnight. Repeat if necessary.
